FAQ

CPSIA- Do You Comply?
Yes, all of the products on our website comply with the new CPSIA law. The safety of your children are of the utmost importance here at Lil Hiccups. Our products have been tested for lead and have come back negative. Any new products added to our website will be first tested for lead before ever making it on to our website.

How do I choose between alligator and french clip?

We recommend using the alligator pinch clips for babies and girls with very thin/fine hair. All of our alligator clips are lined in ribbon to aid in holding the hair. The alligator clips can be used to slide in the hair alone or on top of a ponytail holder once holder has been placed in hair.
We use french clips that are 2" or 2 1/2" wide. The french snap barrette works best in older girls hair and for girls who have thick or long hair.

What ages do your baby headbands fit?

Our baby headbands are professionally hand sewn with no bulky seam to fit ages 0-6m, 6-12m, 12-24m, and 2-4 years old! Our crochet headbands fit ages newborn to adult!

Do you accept Custom Orders?

Yes, we do please email us at lilhiccups@gmail.com with your custom order and please a include a picture the outfit you would like to match or any other picture that would be helpful in making your order

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are currently taking UP TO 4 business days to ship. From ship date time, Priority mail takes 2-3 days to deliver, and 1st Class mail takes 5-7 days for delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal payments, we are open to receiving check and money order payments but please email us at lilhiccups@gmail.com for further assistance with that.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, I am not offering exchanges in my shop.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately. I strive to complete each order with care and precision. If a situation arises where a refund must be completed, I will refund the full price for all items RETURNED to me, less shipping costs.

I try not to set strict refund policies, because I am confident you will be happy with your order! Please contact me with any issues.

Are the ends of your bows (ribbon) sealed to prevent fraying?

Absolutely!! Quality is our #1 priority here at Lil Hiccups! Each and every little end of every bow will be sealed using professional techniques. Your bows will continue to look new year after year with gentle care.

Do you have a Privacy Policy?

Absolutely!! Lil Hiccups values it's customers and respects their privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to third parties. Any information obtained from you is collected in an effort to provide the best customer service, and to inform you of products and promotions. As a customer of Lil Hiccups you will become part of our mailing list where you will receive periodic emails about new products and promotions. If, at any time you would like to be removed from our mailing list please write us at lilhiccups@gmail.com . We will promptly remove you.

Will you send an order confirmation?

Of course! We want to keep you updated on your entire order process. We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price.If you have questions about your order confirmation, contact lilhiccups@gmail.com

Do items ever go out of stock?

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain hair accessories before we can update our boutique. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact via email right away to ask if you would like your money back for that item or exchange for another item.

Do you accept Rush Orders?

If you are in a Rush to receive an item please email us first at lilhiccups@gmail.com to make sure we can accomodate your needs. Thank you!

Can I ship to another address?

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. Simply email me with the new address where to send to!
What if an item I ordered is on back order?
If an item becomes back ordered we will inform you and you will then be able to exchange the product or inform us if you would like to just wait for that itme to come back in stock.

Is there a way I can tell if my order has been shipped yet?

YES! We will email you as soon as your order is dropped off for shipping!
